The possibilities of strengthening civic engagement with digital tools is endless. This was an exercise in imagining a tool for participative democracy with a bottom-up approach. It doesn’t take into account much of the complexity surrounding aligning incentives, digital literacy, access, funding and so on. The objective here is to instigate imaginations, envision tools and engagements. Once we have clear dreams, we can work towards building them. Hope you find this useful.
